Okay right to the point here about all the legal jargon. If you find anything on this web site you feel is yours and that we have no right to use, drop us a line and we will get it straightened out. If we are using anything illegally on this site I can assure you that it has been totally unintentional. We have gone to great lengths to avoid any copyright infringements. The graphics and pictures we use to create our IncrediMail letters are by consent from the copyright holders or their written terms of proper usage or our own material. We do also receive graphics and photographs from our members that assure us that the products are rightfully theirs and that we may use them in any fashion we desire. We in good faith trust what they tell us, until proven otherwise.

In conclusion, if you feel we are offering something on this site that is indeed your property, then by all means contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible!
